These are powder coated steel brackets that attach easily to the sides of the unit, and offer the user a place to plant their feet to help when getting on and off the bike by, in effect, making the bike’s seat height more than an inch lower, and to provide excellent leverage to remove the bikes from the Dolly.

After receiving some feedback from folks using our Garage Dollies on various “Adventure Bikes”, it seemed like tall seat heights have made it challenging for some folks to straddle the bike and remove it from the chock on the dolly, or even just to get off the bike once it has been driven into it.
Our solution is the Height Assist Footrests. These powder coated steel brackets attach easily to the sides of the unit, and offer the user a place to plant their feet to help when getting on and off the bike, By making the bike’s seat height lower, it also provides excellent leverage while removing and bike from the Dolly.
So if you find that you could use an extra bit of leverage when removing your particular motorcycle, this will be a great solution.
