Quick and Festive Cranberry Sauce
This may be a bit late to the game, but with growing families and busy holiday schedules, you could be feasting well into next year. Try this different twist on a classic side. It’s quick, easy, and ready to bring to any table you’re celebrating at.
Ingredients:
16 oz can Whole cranberry sauce
1 tbsp Gelatin packet
1/4 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Crushed Pineapple
1/2 c. Seedless Red Grapes, cut in half
1/4 c. Chopped Walnuts
1/4 c. Pineapple juice
Directions:
1. Add Cranberry sauce and sugar into a medium saucepan, and stir over low heat until the sugar is dissolved.
2. Remove from heat, then add crushed pineapple, split grapes, walnuts, and pineapple juice.
3. Add gelatin to 1 Tbsp of warm water to dissolve, then add to the cranberry sauce mixture.
4. Pour the mixture into a container and refrigerate for 45 minutes to set firm.
